COVID-19 Office Cleaning isn’t much different from any other commercial office cleaning work we do.  We work from top to bottom, ceiling to floor, cleaning all the touch surfaces. Doorknobs, light switches, cabinets, counter-tops. When we do a door, we’re not going to just clean a doorknob. Because, as we know, you don’t just grab a doorknob. If it’s an office with elevators, computers, desks, we’re cleaning everything first and then using a good disinfectant that’s been recommended. COVID-19 commercial sanitizing companies are breaking out the disinfectant and gloves in hopes of protecting people from the spread of this deadly disease.

Special News Bulletin Regarding Coronavirus Pandemic

As COVID-19 continues to spread, there’s nothing more important to us than the well-being of our customers and employees.  Just like you, we at Goode Times Events are continuing to follow the news about the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We’re taking extensive steps to protect our customers, our associates and our communities. Above all, we hope you and the people you care about are healthy and safe.

We want to tell you about the added precautions we are taking here at Goode Times to increase your safety and comfort as much of the world confronts the new coronavirus.  As professionally trained entertainers who love to mingle with our clients and friends and family, we have always maintained cleanliness at work and at home.

However we have stepped up our diligence due to concerns about

COVID-19. We are following best practices set down by the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and health departments in the Atlanta area.

  • We increased cleaning of “high touch” areas such as door handles, tables, cabinet doors, and bathrooms. 
  • This increased cleaning includes all the equipment we use for entertainment, such as microphones, speakers etc.
  • We have limited on-site hours, but we remain open and available to you during normal business hours either by phone, email or onsite. 

We also want to share with you documented information from health experts at CDC, WHO and the Atlanta area:

  • If you are sick, please stay home and avoid contact with other individuals. We ask that if you are feeling any symptoms (regardless if they’re related to the coronavirus), please stay home.

    • Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly (the CDC recommends washing for a minimum of 20 seconds). If soap and water aren’t readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol.

    • Maintain a safe distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing/sneezing

  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth

    • Cover your mouth/nose when you cough/sneeze with your elbow, not your hand. 

    • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

Have you booked your DJ yet?

The things you should have booked NOW for your 2020 wedding date include the venue, catering, photography, and DJ!

If you are looking at the following dates, so is everyone else:

Friday, February 14th and Saturday the 15th.

Saturday, February 29th. It’s a leap year!

April 4th

April 11th, Saturday before Easter

April 25th, Last Saturday of April, great spring wedding date

May 9th, Saturday before Mother’s Day

May 23rd and May 24th, the Saturday and Sunday before Memorial Day

Any June Saturday. That is the 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th.

July 4th is a Saturday

Any July Saturday, including the 11th, 18th, and 25th.

While any August Saturday is OK, schools are starting to go back to work in Mid-August, making families with kids face tough choices for attending late August events.

September 5th, the Saturday before Labor Day

October 10th, Saturday before Columbus Day

October 31st, Halloween Saturday!

November 7th and 14th. Also, consider Saturday the 28th

Any Saturday in December. The 26th is on a Saturday, and you can leverage the Christmas décor of many venues!

Thursday, December 31st.

I’m honored to present our new concept in wedding and private event entertainment, Goode Times Events!

Goode Times Events is the next generation of event entertainment. Brothers in life and in entertainment, Bill and Richard Goode have been event DJs, movie hosts, photobooth hosts, and event coordinators for a disparate many companies since igniting their entertainment passions in high school. Combining the best event technology and the sharpest creative minds in the business, Goode Times Events is the company of choice for your Master of Ceremonies, DJ, Photobooth, lighting, karaoke, movie nights, video playback, event coordination, and event design ideas to wow your guests and you!

Since we started out in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, doing college parties and beach bars, we have played up and down the east coast from Key West to Boston. I built my chops pulling double-duty in New York City as the events and promotion director for WFAS Radio in White Plains, NY and as a major party DJ in Westchester. Richard kept playing events in the south and growing a loyal following. Along the way, I started to stack up companies like firewood. There was Pasadena Productions in Florida and New York, A Celebration with Music!, Peachy’ s Portable Drive-In, the Atlanta Music Exchange, Bill Goode Freelance Services, and Goode Times Photobooth. All hyper-served the client but diluted what we are. We are Celebration Specialists first, using our skills and technology to bring a fabulous experience to your event and wow everyone who comes in as an invited guest!

Goode Times Events defines us and what we do. First, my name is on the company – Goode. The buck stops with me. I’m putting myself out there on your behalf. The name advises what we do – Bring Goode Times to your event, which we consider several steps above excellent and many above awesome. The name describes our passion – Events. Your event is our passion!
